Etiopía Guji Hambela Dabaye

A washed Heirloom coffee from the Hambela Dabaye washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, operated by Kedir Hassan. The station is located at 1,816 meters, with coffee plants reaching up to 2,100 meters. Cherries are sourced from farmers in nearby kebeles including Buliye, Wamena, Borticha, Dari Rogicha, and Dabaye. The cup profile features juicy sweetness, white honey aromas, and flavors of nectarine, apricot, and passion fruit, with an integrated citric acidity reminiscent of pink grapefruit and hibiscus flower tea.
