About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Gogogu washing station in the Kofee district of Guji, southern Ethiopia. Over 700 smallholder farmers deliver cherry from within roughly 5km of the mill, with average farm sizes of about 2 hectares. Comprised of native heirloom Ethiopian varieties, the coffee is a Grade 1 Natural processed on raised drying beds. Grown at high altitudes in rich red soil, the Guji region produces coffees with flavors of fruits, deep chocolate, and light florals.
