A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Dogo Sodu region, grown at an elevation of 1,900–2,200 meters. Processed using the dry (natural) method, this is an Ethiopia Heirloom variety from the 2023 harvest season, imported by Coffee Shrub. Roasted to a City (light) roast level, it features a strawberry-forward profile with earl grey smoothness and hints of cinnamon towards the finish. Recommended for pour-over and drip brewing.
