A natural processed coffee from the Aricha area of Ethiopia, produced by second-generation coffee producer Mr. Faysel. Ripe cherries from smallholder farmers are hand-sorted, then undergo 12–15 days of in-cherry fermentation before being manually rotated on drying beds throughout the drying stage. The resulting cup is noted for its high sweetness, very clean finish, and bright flavour profile.
