Ecuador-Hacienda Santa Gertrudis-Natural Yellow Catuai

A naturally processed Yellow Catuai from Hacienda Santa Gertrudis, located in the southern Ecuadorian Andes in the buffer zone of Podocarpus National Park, near Vilcabamba. The hacienda spans 60 hectares, with 9 planted in coffee, and has been in the Eguiguren family for over a century. Now in its third generation, the estate focuses exclusively on specialty coffee since 2019. Hacienda Santa Gertrudis operates a fully equipped wet and dry mill and supports neighboring producers pursuing regenerative agricultural practices.
