A light roast single origin from Costa Rica's Tarrazu region, processed at the San Diego mill using an anaerobic semi-washed method. Coffee is depulped and placed in air-tight, stainless-steel tanks with mucilage retained, stimulating anaerobic fermentation. A Caturra and Catuai blend grown by smallholder farms at 1,450–1,750 MASL. Harvested in early 2024. Flavor notes include cinnamon, brown sugar, and apricot. Suitable for filter/pour-over and espresso.
