About This Coffee

This Colombian single-origin coffee comes from Hacienda/Finca La Pradera and was dry anaerobically fermented for 72 hours with the pulp intact and passion fruit pulp and yeast added. Cherries were pulped and dried on raised beds. Light roast with bright, fruity notes of pineapple, passion fruit, cocoa, and sugar cane.
