Produced by the Edelmann family, the Pacamara is a hybrid cultivar of Pacas and Maragogype, known for its large bean size and complex flavor profile. It features bright acidity, fruity and floral notes, and a soft, syrupy body. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
