R Ki Coffee LabAbout This Coffee
A Geisha variety coffee from Café Granja La Esperanza's Cerro Azul farm in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1,700–2,000 meters above sea level. This competition-selection lot undergoes a 168-hour anaerobic fermentation with the addition of 5–10% "must" from prior Cerro Azul Geisha fermentations, imparting fruity and liquor-like notes with enhanced body.
