About This Coffee

A competition lot Geisha from the Cerro Azul farm by Café Granja La Esperanza, located in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 masl. The coffee is naturally processed with cherries rigorously picked at grape color with Brix grades of 18, followed by 36 hours of fermentation. It is then dried for 48 hours in a silo at an average temperature of 35°C before solar drying for approximately 15 days. Geisha seeds were originally brought from Panama's Boquete region.
