About This Coffee

A Geisha variety grown by producer Juan Felipe at Finca La Reserva in Antioquia, Colombia, at an elevation of 1900–2000 meters. Harvested October–December 2023 and processed using a 96-hour anaerobic honey method, where mucilage is left on the bean during fermentation in oxygen-deprived 200-liter tanks, then sun dried. Light roasted with tea-like notes, honeysuckle, and peach. Recommended for filter/pour-over brewing. Imported by Genuine Origin.
