This coffee is sourced from the Shyira Washing Station in Rwanda, situated at an altitude of 2000 meters, with cherries collected from producers living between 2000 and 2400 meters. The coffee undergoes a washed process, which includes hand-sorting, pre-pulp floating, and a unique fermentation process involving agitation. The resulting cup is smooth, featuring a complex, soft grape-like acidity and zesty citrus aromatics.
