This whole bean coffee originates from Yunnan, China, specifically the NanBanghe area in Siamao (Pu'er region), grown at 1,400 meters altitude on the Tianjiao and NanBanghe farms by farmer Lisha. The variety is Catimor, graded at Screen 14+, and processed using an anaerobic natural method. Flavor notes include jujube, jackfruit, red wine grape, and chocolate.
