A Grade AA single-origin coffee from the Hayma community in Al-Hayma Al-Kharijiya, Sana'a governorate, Yemen. Grown at 2300 meters above sea level by a collective of small farmers in the village of Bait Alal. The Udaini heirloom varietal was harvested in March 2020 and processed as a Natural Anaerobic (100 hours cherry anaerobic fermentation followed by 18 hours parchment anaerobic fermentation). Cup score: 90.00. Medium roast with tasting notes of Dried Fig, Medjool Date, Raspberry, Pineapple, Grape, Rosewater, and Orange Bergamot. Recommended for filter brewing.
