This coffee is a single-origin washed coffee from farm El Triunfo in Gaitania, Tolima, Colombia, grown at 1630 meters above sea level on clayey silt soil. It features the rare F8 variety, a local relative of the Colombia variety, prized for its high cup quality. Harvested in June in a lot size of 7 bags of 70 kilos each, it delivers refreshing tasting notes of chocolate and citrus. Certified organic.
