A honey-processed coffee from Finca Teocelo Agroforestal, SPR, located in the Baxtla, Teocelo region of Veracruz, Mexico, at 1,400 meters above sea level. Produced through a collaboration between Dr. Manuel Díaz and Jorge Luis Martínez Marín, this lot features three selected varieties — Indiana, Typica, and Bourbon — processed using endophytic microorganisms in fermentation via a biodigester, with drying on raised beds and patios. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
