A Red Honey processed coffee from Finca Coyametla in the Zongolica region of Veracruz, Mexico, grown at 1,400 meters above sea level. Produced by Alexia Zavaleta Guraieb, whose family estate dates back to 1830 and represents six generations of agricultural history. The coffee is a blend of Caturra and Typica varieties, processed as a Red Honey exclusively for Almanegra Café, and roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
