This coffee is sourced from the Uraga Washing Station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,925 meters altitude. It is Grade 1 (GR1) quality, produced by farmers delivering to the Uraga station on farms of approximately 1 hectare. The varieties are JARC and Local Landraces. Processed using carbonic maceration, the coffee offers flavor notes of lime, papaya, mango, and dark chocolate. Available in both espresso and filter roast profiles.
