This coffee is sourced from the Kithuthu region in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda, grown by 100 smallholder farmers at an altitude between 1600 and 2000 meters. It is a specialty Arabica coffee consisting of SL14 and SL28 varieties. The beans are processed using a natural extended fermentation method, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by tropical fruits and lemon zest. This coffee is roasted to a light-medium level.
