The Siren's Call is a limited edition specialty coffee offering from 19grams. This coffee features a flavor profile characterized by notes of sea salt caramel and buttery madeleines, with a playful finish reminiscent of Belgian seashells. It is available in both filter and espresso roast profiles, catering to various brewing methods including whole bean, French press, Chemex, and espresso machine preparations.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
