This coffee is from the Los Campos estate in Costa Rica, managed by the Ramirez-Navarro family. The estate features Caturra and Catuai varieties, with F1 hybrids including Esperanza, Milenio, and Centroamericano, as well as Gesha grown at approximately 2,000 meters altitude in a forested microclimate. The coffee is processed using white honey method. The cup profile features milk chocolate and hazelnut notes with ripe orange, soft and juicy acidity balanced with sweetness, and a silky smooth body with a clean chocolate-nutty finish with subtle citrus.
