This coffee originates from Lunji Estates in the Songwe, Mbeya region of Tanzania, grown at 1,600–1,700 meters above sea level. It is farmed by Clemens Maier and Thomas Plattner and consists of Bourbon, SL-28, and SL-34 varieties, graded at Screen 15. Processed using a 7-day anaerobic natural method, it offers flavor notes of blackcurrant, white grape, Negroni, and vanilla.
