Sweet Valley is a naturally processed coffee from Finca Potosí (Café Granja La Esperanza) in Valle del Cauca, Colombia, grown at about 1800 masl. The variety listed is Colombia (a Caturra × Hybrido de Timor hybrid). Cherries underwent a controlled 15‑hour fermentation then were dried in a dehumidifier for ~72 hours. Tasting notes include candy apple, plum and hibiscus; it is roasted for both filter and espresso preparations.
