A Gayo Highland Grade 1 Arabica coffee from the Aceh, Bener Meriah region of Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1100–1500m altitude. Produced by a community of 189 smallholder farmers at the Sukarame washing station, overseen by Zulkarnaen. Varieties are Tim Tim and Ateng. Processed using honey and wet-hulling (Giling Basah). Flavor notes include ripe tropical fruits, mango-like acidity, honey, dates, and cacao, with a full body and mild acidity. Certified organic since March 2020.
