About This Coffee

This single-origin lot comes from La Roca (El Alto) in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown by the Umaña brothers at approximately 2000 m. The coffee is a Red Catuaí lot that is de-pulped and dried at their micro mill. Tasting notes highlight brown sugar, nougat, dried fruit, chocolate, and almond with delicate acidity and balanced sweetness. Roasted for filter brewing, the cup is elegant and smooth.
