A 70% Arabica (Cau Dat) and 30% Robusta (Honey) blend from Lam Dong, Vietnam. The coffee is medium roasted and prepared using Fully Washed and Honey processing, producing a balanced, clean cup. Flavor notes emphasize chocolate sweetness with bright acidity, giving a rich profile that stands up well in milk drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos. Suitable for espresso, phin, moka pot and filter brewing.
