About This Coffee

Soren’s Project is a blend of coffees from the Grupo Mártir and Divino Niño cooperatives in La Plata & Suaza, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1700–1850 masl. Varieties include Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra; the lot is washed and dried using parabolic drying. Tasting notes list almond candy, apple, and brown sugar with cherry sweetness and a malic, apple-like acidity.
