This single-origin coffee is produced by Sonia Bolaños at Finca Buena Vista in the Huila region of Colombia, at an altitude of 1,780 meters. It is a Pink Bourbon variety processed using a washed method, involving a 12-hour fermentation in bags followed by 36 hours of dry fermentation. The coffee is washed four times and solar-dried for 15 days. It features a jammy profile with tasting notes of hibiscus, raspberry, and sweet lemonade, offering a light roast with a distinct floral and fruity character.
