Slam Jam is a fully washed single-origin coffee from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, specifically from the Virgin Mountain region in Nori Kori Valley. The coffee is produced by various smallholder farmers cultivating Arusha and Typica varieties at elevations above 1,600 metres. The washed processing enhances clarity and balance. Tasting notes include plum jam, hazelnut, and chocolate brownie with rich sweetness, layered fruit character, and delicate floral complexity.
