About This Coffee

Segin AMA is a single-origin coffee from the Kizi Rift region of Rwanda, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,505 and 1,835 meters. This Red Bourbon variety coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process, which enhances its complexity and sweetness. It features a vibrant flavor profile with notes of strawberry, kiwi, lemon, tangerine, mango, honey, nectarine, and green tea. With a silky body and clean finish, this medium-roasted coffee is particularly well-suited for filter brewing methods like V60 and Chemex.
