This is the 2025 Cup of Excellence winner from El Salvador, achieving first place with a score of 90.93. The coffee comes from Santa Rosa farm in Chalatenango, owned by brothers Jorge Raul and Jose Roberto Rivera. Located at 1500 meters altitude, the farm was established in 2003 with intentionally selected Pacamara variety trees showing strong Maragogype genetics. The coffee is processed using the Honey method. Flavor profile includes citrus fruit notes, sweet floral characteristics, chocolate, cranberries, and complex attributes.
