A Peaberry (Caracolillo) coffee from Rwanda, sourced from multiple cooperative washing stations in the western and southern provinces, particularly in the high-altitude zone of Nyamasheke (estimated 1,700–2,000 masl). The Peaberry is a natural mutation where a single round bean develops inside the cherry. Grown by hundreds of smallholder farmers and processed using the fully washed method with raised bed sun drying. Bourbon variety. Flavor notes include unrefined sugars, rooibos tea, sweet spices, chamomile, apricot tea, candied orange, and mild spices, with a bright but balanced acidity.
