Processed using the washed method, this coffee features a delicate, tea-like profile with tasting notes of Earl Grey tea, panela sugar, and cocoa nibs. It offers a balanced cup with bright citrus, soft sweetness, and gentle chocolate depth. The peaberry selection is known for its deeper sweetness and vibrant acidity.
