Grown at altitudes between 1600-2000 meters, it features the Bourbon variety processed using the natural method. The coffee offers a lively, well-rounded cup with notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and honey, followed by a sweet finish of strawberry and banana. The lot is clean and bright with a delightful balance of sweetness, fruitiness, and creamy texture. Light roasted specifically for filter brewing.
