A single-origin Liberica coffee processed as pulped natural (honey) and roasted to an Italian/Dark profile. The cup shows roasted almond, caramel and dark chocolate notes with a long charcoal aftertaste and a velvety body. The profile emphasizes fuller, bitter-chocolate character typical of darker roasts while retaining sweetness from the pulped-natural processing.
