About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is grown at Riverdale Estate in the Shavroy Hills of Southern India at an altitude of 1450-1600 meters. It consists of SL9 and SL5B varieties and undergoes a unique peach co-ferment anaerobic process, where beans are fermented with peaches for 72 hours before being sun-dried for 25 days. The resulting cup offers a complex flavor profile featuring notes of peach iced tea, strawberry cheesecake, sweet caramel, and tropical juice, characterized by a peaky acidity and a juicy mouthfeel.
