Varieties include Caturra, Castillo and Variedad Colombia; beans are depulped, dry‑fermented and fully washed, with 50% decaffeination via the sugar‑cane E.A. method. Tasting notes: roasted almond, sweet raspberry and milk chocolate; medium roast, medium body.
