This coffee is a single-origin Gesha variety from the La Bota farm in the Chirinos region of Cajamarca, Peru. Grown by producer Teresa Livaqué at an altitude of 1750 meters, this coffee is processed using a fully washed method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of jasmine, citrus, lemongrass, and fruity undertones, complemented by a silky body and high sweetness. This 2025/2026 crop offers a clean and distinct cup profile.
