This single-origin microlot is 100% Caturra, grown on Rosa Lindomira Altamirano's farm in the Alto Shimania zone of the Chirinos district, Cajamarca, Peru. Cultivated at an altitude of 1700 to 1800 meters, this coffee is processed using a washed method. The flavor profile is described as elegant and layered, featuring notes of stewed pear, fig jam, and butterscotch, reminiscent of homemade apple pie.
