This single-origin coffee comes from the Paltachayoc village in Santa Teresa, La Convención district, Cusco, Peru, grown at 1900 meters altitude by producers Braulio Barazorda Borda and Valentin Champi Paullo of Huadquiña cooperative. The Typica variety is organically grown and processed using a washed method with 25-30 hours wet fermentation, followed by 20-25 days of drying on raised beds under parabolic cover. The coffee offers a full-bodied, creamy cup with flavor notes of fig, muscovado, brûléed sugar, amber honey, mango, peach, and yellow plum.
