A whole bean coffee from Finca La Piria farm in the Balcones, Chirinos subregion of Cajamarca, Peru, grown at 1,650 masl by farmer Nahyegsin Peña. The coffee features a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Marsellesa, and Parainema varieties, processed using the fully washed method. Tasting notes include honeydew, vanilla, butterscotch, and taro. Sold in 168g bags within 14 days of roasting.
