A washed Gesha from Finca El Aliso in the Amazonas region of Peru, produced by Anthony Carranza and grown at 1920 MASL. The coffee undergoes an extended fermentation process — 72 hours in cherry, 48 hours pulped — then dried over 15 days on solar beds. Flavor notes include passion fruit, blood orange, mint, and soft florals.
