Peru Amaz

This single-origin Peruvian coffee comes from 763 smallholder families across the northern highlands and is produced through the Elevación AMAZ association, which supports education for children via the NUAM program. Beans are processed at the individual farm level using traditional pulpers, washed, and fermented for 38 hours. The coffee is offered in multiple bag sizes for purchase.
