A natural-processed single-origin coffee from the Lahamenega Red Mountain farm in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Grown at around 1550 m and produced from Typica and Bourbon varieties, cherries are dried whole under the sun. The cup is fruit-forward with aromas of Concord grape and flavors of cherry, citrus and banana, a medium body and a clean strawberry-citrus finish.
