Papua New Guinea: Baroida is a washed single-origin coffee from Baroida in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, produced at the Colbran family processing mill by Nichol Colbran. Grown at 1700–1850 MASL, the lot contains Arusha, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties. Medium roasted with a round body, the coffee presents Meyer lemon, black tea, and caramel notes.
