This is a Geisha variety coffee from Panama's Santamaria Estate Coffee, processed as part of a collaboration between Adrian Santiago's TNT Coffee Lab and Santamaria Estate. The coffee is washed processed and designated as Lot T142. Adrian Santiago, founder of TNT Roasters and TNT Coffee Lab in David, Panama, and 2020 Panama Barista Competition champion, selects the best quality coffee cherries from local farms and applies creative processing methods. This particular lot is known as "Flower Machine."
