A washed coffee from Rancho San Lorenzo in Candelaria Loxicha, Oaxaca, Mexico, grown at 1,600 meters above sea level. Produced by Doña Juliana and Don Pascual from the Lorenzo family. The coffee features Marsellesa and Oro Azteca varieties, cultivated using selective picking, cherry resting, African drying beds, and a dedicated drying patio for homogeneous sun drying.
