About This Coffee
This coffee is produced by Luis Pedro from the Nima farm in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Grown at 1900 meters above sea level in the highland regions of northern Guatemala, this Red Bourbon varietal is fully washed processed. The coffee features tasting notes of papaya, lemon, apple, and sugarcane. Huehuetenango is nestled amidst the towering non-volcanic mountains of Central America and produces some of the most distinguished cup profiles in Guatemala.
