A single-origin coffee from Finca Kalid in Xalisco, Nayarit, Mexico, grown at 1,300 meters above sea level by producer Gerardo Vázquez Rangel. The farm spans fourteen hectares and cultivates Typica, Mundo Novo, and Oro Azteca varieties. Available in two unique processing methods developed by Gerardo: Lavado Punto Cero (a zero-point washed process) and Natural Cider, both focused on minimizing stress on the coffee bean and monitoring fermentation using native regional yeast strains without external additives.
