This natural-processed coffee is from Finca El Diviso in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1750 meters altitude. Produced by the Lasso family, it features the rare Bourbon Sidra varietal. The natural processing highlights fruity characteristics with tropical fruit, blueberry, plum, vanilla, and peach notes. The Lasso family rigorously experiments with processing and fermentation methods to achieve unique, traceable cup profiles. Sidra is a rare Arabica varietal first developed in Ecuador with a sweet cup profile comparable to Ethiopian landrace varietals.
